Stryde Research sites were recently named among the top enrolling sites in two ongoing studies: a multinational lupus clinical trial and an atopic dermatitis (eczema) study. Both recognitions came from study teams in updates to participating investigators.
Each ranking counts patients enrolled. What they reflect is how our sites operate, and the trust patients already have in their own doctors.
What was the lupus recognition?
Sponsors and CROs send regular updates to the sites running their studies. A recent update for a multinational lupus study named a small group of top enrolling sites across several countries, and one of ours was on the list. Lupus is a hard condition to enroll for. Symptoms vary widely from patient to patient, flares come and go, and eligibility criteria are often narrow.
Why does this recognition matter during Eczema Awareness Month?
In October, during Eczema Awareness Month, one of our dermatology sites was named among the top sites in an ongoing eczema study.
The timing matters to us. Eczema can look mild from the outside and still run someone’s whole day. Patients who have lived with it for years do not say yes to a study lightly. When they do consider one, it is usually because a dermatologist they already know raised it and took the time to answer their questions.
That makes this recognition as much theirs as ours: the patients who trusted their doctor, and the physicians who earned that trust over years of care.
What does an enrollment ranking actually reflect?
A ranking counts reflects is the work that gets them there: charts reviewed against eligibility before anyone is invited to screen, visits booked inside the protocol window, and coordinators who answer a question before a patient has to ask twice.
Sponsors see the numbers. We focus on what produces them, because that is what still holds up months into a study.
Why do embedded sites enroll well in autoimmune clinical trials?
Patients with lupus, eczema, and other immune-mediated conditions are often managed for years by the same specialist. Their history, prior treatments, and lab trends already sit in the chart.
Stryde runs research inside those practices. When a study opens, the coordinator and investigator start with patients the practice already knows, and the first conversation about the study comes from a doctor the patient trusts. That is why our sites start studies about 30% faster and enroll about 40% faster than industry averages.
What does patient enrollment look like when eligibility is strict?
Autoimmune protocols often have narrow inclusion criteria. A fast site is not one that screens everyone. It is one that screens the right people.
Our teams review the chart against eligibility before a patient is invited to a screening visit. That avoids predictable screen failures, saves patients a wasted visit, and keeps sponsor screening slots for candidates likely to qualify. When the volume is not there, our feasibility says so.
Does fast enrollment cost data quality?
It should not, and sponsors are right to ask. Speed means little if visits drift out of window or safety data arrives late.
Stryde has an in-house medical monitor and holds NIH IBC-RMS approval for cell and gene therapy work. Our sites carry 90%+ quality composite scores. Coordinators schedule against protocol visit windows from day one and enter safety data as it happens, not at the next monitoring visit.
Why does the physician relationship matter after enrollment?
Enrollment is only half the job. A patient who knows the investigator is more likely to come back for every visit, call when something changes, and stay in the study through its last visit.
In our model, the patient returns to their own doctor’s care when the study ends. That continuity is built in.
What does this mean for sponsors looking for clinical trial enrollment success?
Stryde provides embedded clinical trial site management services, with coordinators, regulatory, quality, and training run inside the practice. Rheumatology and dermatology are our core therapeutic areas, across 20+ embedded sites in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, New York, and New Jersey metro area. We reach 1.5M+ patients through 100+ specialty clinics.
If you are planning a study or rescuing one that is behind plan, we return a preliminary feasibility read within 48 hours, guaranteed.
